MADY

Behaviour Support Practitioner & Early Intervention Specialist

Hello there! I'm Mady, an Administration Officer at The Gray Area, on a fulfilling path toward becoming an Behaviour Support Practitioner. Armed with a Bachelor's degree in Psychological Science from the University of Newcastle and currently pursuing a Graduate Diploma in Psychology Advanced at the University of Adelaide, my ultimate goal is to become a Clinical Psychologist. My heart resonates with understanding and connecting with people of all ages, and I'm dedicated to helping them thrive.

My diverse career journey includes roles as a dance teacher, OOSH supervisor/educational leader, and VOOHC/disability support worker. Through these experiences, I've discovered a profound passion for advocacy, breaking down barriers to inclusion, fostering meaningful connections, and driving positive change.

Beyond work, I value spending quality time with my cherished 'village' because, to me, connections are everything. Staying active is my key to happiness and health, and I have a love for sports like rugby, dance, soccer, swimming at the beach, and more! I'm wholeheartedly passionate about supporting people on their journey to optimal well-being. Let's make a positive impact together!
