We help you choose, coordinate, and manage supports that work for you. This includes developing confidence in communicating your needs, building positive relationships with providers, and increasing your independence over time.

We work collaboratively with service providers, community resources, family, and informal supports to ensure your services are coordinated, reliable, and working well together.

Our focus is capacity-building. We support you to understand your plan, problem-solve challenges, make informed decisions, and gradually take greater control of your supports if that’s your goal.

OUR Areas of Expertise

The Gray Area has experience supporting people with a wide range of needs, including individuals:

  • With complex physical support needs

  • With intellectual disability and/or autism

  • Accessing aged care supports
